Super 8 Motel - Pasadena/Houston Area

Shower curtain had mold on it, door was hard to open. Room was not clean.

I would stay there again. The breakfast was plentiful.

Located right off the freeway and easy to locate. Kept clean and looks fairly new. Staff was training and more interested in the trainee than the customers who were standing and waiting as the trainee was lead around and pointed out everything they had to do. Had a few problems with the remote and was able to get it fixed but they just made excuses for the coffee maker and refused to fix it or change it out even though you had all the coffee makings placed in the room daily that you could not use. Had to go down stairs to get a cup of coffee every time we wanted one rather than being able to make our own. Room was nice and looked well kept and it was quiet and peaceful. Clean and comfortable--perfect if you are looking for cheap but clean accommodations.

Friendly people, clean rooms, great location, I would stay here again.

Friendly, helpful staff; convenient yet quiet location; clean, safe facilities. A/C fan only had one speed (on or off). Took 24 hours to adequately cool room. I have stayed at a lot of Super 8's. Most are great. This one was not. The website said it was new, but it looked about 20 years old. The carpet in the room had a lot of stains. I could feel the wires in the mattress all night. And the gap beneath the door was about 3", so you can hear everyone else, not to mention watch people walk by. The topper was the next morning at breakfast. Two choices of cereal, flakes, or flakes with a few raisins. I love raisin bran, and I couldn't finish it. There was toast, and the usual pastry, but with only two people left in line the lady came to refill it, there was still about 6 left, and instead of refilling it there she took the container with her. the guy and I left in line did without because she disappeared. I was not pleased when I got to the hotel Even though a room with 2 beds was available, the young man said I would have to pay $10 more.
